This website is operated by Jamaica Adventure Vehicle Operators Limited. It provides information about JAVO membership, support services and resources for operators. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Information and scope. We aim to keep information accurate, but agency requirements, fees and procedures can change. Follow the current instructions of the responsible authority. General website information is not personalised legal, tax or insurance advice.

Enquiries and applications. Submitting an enquiry does not create approved membership, a government authorisation or a promise to provide every requested service. Membership and paid services are governed by the terms and written scope provided before you commit.

Acceptable use. Do not submit misleading information, impersonate another person, upload malicious content, interfere with security or use the website to misuse personal information. Submit another person’s details only with proper authority.

Content and branding. JAVO materials and branding belong to JAVO or their respective rights holders. You may read and download member guidance for legitimate personal/business compliance use. Do not alter or misrepresent a JAVO document, use a logo as proof of approval or imply an endorsement without permission.

External websites. Links are provided for convenience. External providers control their own content, services, terms and privacy practices. A link does not guarantee their service or imply a government endorsement of JAVO.

Availability and responsibility. We may maintain, update or suspend website functions. We do not promise uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or removes statutory rights. Responsibility for a particular paid service is addressed in the relevant agreement and applicable law.

Changes and disputes. Revised website terms apply from their stated effective date. They do not automatically rewrite an existing paid agreement.
