Kingston, St. Andrew and St. Thomas are provisionally administered by Ocho Rios. Each appointment is arranged individually; you do not need to travel to Ocho Rios for every step.
Your membership number stays with you.
Approved members receive a regional prefix and a number starting at three digits, such as MB-001. Accepted vehicles receive identifiers such as MB-001-A and MB-001-B. After 999, the sequence continues to 1000 without restarting. Changing your servicing office does not change your original member number.
