Express your interest
Tell us about yourself and whether you have a vehicle or are in the process of getting one.

Choose your package
Review Membership Only or Full Service, the written scope, fees and your responsibilities.

Complete your application
Accept the applicable terms, follow JAVO’s payment instructions and submit the documents requested.

Allow time for membership review
Allow 5–10 days for a complete membership application to be reviewed. Missing documents may delay review. This is separate from government processing.

Receive your membership details
If approved, receive your JAVO number, regional assignment, accepted vehicle sub-numbers and two membership letters: one for the Transport Authority and one for TPDCo.

Complete licensing and final checks
Follow the current application and inspection requirements. Confirm all operating approvals, insurance and driver credentials before beginning services.
