Know your costs before you commit.
Your quotation will identify the current fee, included work and any separately payable government or third-party charges. Personal appointments, vehicle inspections and insurance arrangements still require your involvement.

A few things to know.

Does membership include motor insurance?

No. Any available JAVO public-liability arrangement is subject to insurer acceptance and policy conditions. It does not replace the motor insurance required for your vehicle and its actual use.

When does membership renew?

Membership is annual. It starts on your payment date and renews on the anniversary of that date each year. Payment must be verified and membership is subject to approval. Government licence expiry dates are separate.

Does Full Service guarantee approval?

No. Government agencies and insurers make their own decisions. JAVO coordinates the support included in your written package.

Are bookings guaranteed?

No. Membership does not guarantee work, income or access to a particular location.
